We have something for everyone at ESVBC!
Worship
Each Sunday we gather at 11:00 am as a faith family to worship God through singing, giving, and the preaching of the Word.
Sunday School
Sunday School classes for all ages and stages meet together each Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. for a time of small group Bible study. This is a sweet time to build community and dig deeper into God’s Word.
Young Adults
The young adults meet at 6:30 on Wednesday evenings for a time of fellowship and life-applicable Bible study. They also spend time together regularly outside of church.
Deacons
The deacons serve the family at ESVBC in three areas: meeting tangible needs, promoting church unity, and assisting the pastor. Each deacon is responsible for a group of families within the church and available to always assist them.
Valley Kids
Valley Kids is for children ages three through fourth grade. They meet during Sunday morning worship at 11 and on Wednesday nights at 6:30 p.m. Their time together consists of age-appropriate worship, games, Bible study, missions, and regular events including a yearly Easter Egg Hunt, Summer Kick-Off, Back to School Bash, Fall Fest, and a Christmas program.
Valley Students
Valley Students is for Middle & High School Students. They meet Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. They also have monthly activities throughout the year.
Missions
As part of our vision to engage our local community, we desire to PRAY, GIVE, and GO. ESVBC spends time regularly praying and financially supporting our mission partners, whom we support through our Great Commission Offering. These partners include the IMB, NAMB, KY Baptist Convention, Upstream Collective, CRU, Help Pregnancy Care Center and Love Monticello. Along with supporting our partners, we actively look for ways to serve them in their local context.
Love Monticello
We value our local community and seek to love and care for members of it in tangible ways throughout the year. A portion of the Great Commission Offering aids in loving on and serving our community. Love Monticello projects include feeding first responders, maintenance projects at our local pregnancy center, filling backpacks with gifts and supplies for local children, and participating in community events.
